By accessing and using KnowDoc ("the App", "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
2. Description of Service
KnowDoc provides a mobile application that allows users to:

- •Extract text from documents using Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
- •Analyze documents using AI-powered features (explain, summarize, translate)
- •Store and organize scanned documents in the cloud
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
3.2 Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
KnowDoc offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features include:
- •Unlimited document scans
- •Unlimited AI processing
- •Cloud storage and sync
- •Priority support
4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to their payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
5. User Content & Conduct
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all documents you scan and upload to KnowDoc. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide the Service.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- ✕Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- ✕Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions
- ✕Use the Service for any automated or bulk scanning without permission
- ✕Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KnowDoc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
7.1 Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
7.2 OCR & AI Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, OCR and AI features may not be 100% accurate. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted or analyzed content.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnowDoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice through the App. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
